Built to keep liquidity working, not waiting
Hoy Invexa exists because reserves that sit idle between finance reviews are a cost businesses shouldn't have to accept. We built a platform that treats liquidity as a continuous process, not a quarterly task.
From a manual process to a continuous one
Hoy Invexa started with a simple observation: most businesses manage liquidity in bursts. Cash gets reviewed, moved, and allocated during scheduled finance cycles, and then left untouched until the next one. In between, opportunity cost quietly accumulates.
We set out to close that gap. Rather than building another reporting dashboard, we built a system that monitors liquidity positions continuously and acts on defined rules in real time, so idle periods shrink and reserves stay productive without adding manual work for finance teams.
That focus on continuous, rules-based optimisation — rather than one-off recommendations — remains the core of how Hoy Invexa is built today.
What guides how we build and operate
Our decisions — from product design to how we handle client data — are shaped by a small set of consistent principles.
Continuous over periodic
Liquidity conditions change daily. We design for ongoing monitoring and action, not point-in-time snapshots that go stale between reviews.
Rules you can see
Automation should be understandable. We favour transparent, configurable logic over opaque decision-making, so finance teams retain visibility and control.
Built around real workflows
We design features around how finance and treasury teams actually operate day to day, not around abstract dashboards nobody has time to check.
A focused group behind the platform
Hoy Invexa is built by a small, dedicated team spanning product, engineering, and client support. We stay close to the businesses that use the platform so improvements are driven by real usage, not assumptions.
Product & Engineering
Responsible for the core liquidity logic, integrations, and the reliability of the platform businesses depend on daily.
Client Support
Works directly with finance teams during setup and beyond, helping configure rules that reflect each business's own liquidity policy.
Operations
Keeps day-to-day processes, monitoring, and internal standards consistent as the platform and client base grow.
The approach behind every deployment
Understand the position
We start by mapping how liquidity currently moves through a business before suggesting any change to it.
Configure, don't guess
Rules and thresholds are set with the client's finance team, reflecting their own risk tolerance and priorities.
Monitor and refine
Once live, the platform keeps running in the background, and we revisit configurations as circumstances change.
